To-Go Meal Options:

As of August, 2021 this event has gone virtual with a new date of November 13, 2021. For all of our guests that were planning on attending in person, we still plan on providing you with a fun experience including a delicious four-course meal from CR Gibbs.  CR Gibbs has been our exclusive event caterer for over six years, and they always provide exquisite meals!  We hope you’ll enjoy their selections for this year.

All To-Go meals have been designed to be easily re-heated as they’ll be available for pick-up and delivery in the afternoon of November 13, 2021.  If you wish to wait to enjoy your meal when the livestream begins at 6:30pm, don’t worry! Your meal can easily be re-heated for you to enjoy. If you had purchased an event admission or are part of a sponsor table then you will be receiving a to-go meal to be picked-up (for general admission purchasers) or delivered (for table sponsors) on 11/13/21.  Please take a look at our meal options below.

The menu options are listed below.  Please note that these are subject to change.  All meals include a Garlic Bread appetizer, Garden Salad, Main Course of your choice (see below), and Dessert (chef’s choice).

• Green Lasagna - A non-meat lasagna including zucchini, spinach, mushroom, tomato, mozzarella, pesto sauce & parmesan.
• Chicken Marsala Pasta - A lovely chicken dish with marsala wine, cream, shallots, mushrooms, fettuccine, parmesan & scallions
• Braised Short Ribs - A delectable dish with red wine tomato demi, whipped garlic potatoes & seasonal vegetable.
• Seared Ahi Bowl - For fish lovers, this noodle bowl is served cold with chilled ramen noodles, avocado, cabbage, radish, cucumber, sliced jalapeno, soy ginger sauce, sambal aioli & scallion.

Sponsor Watch Parties:

For our sponsors who wish to host a Watch Party during the livestream event on 11/13/21, we will be providing you with a box of goodies to share with your guests. This goody box will include some themed decorations to celebrate Winter Rebirth, a gift for 10 guests, and drink recipes for this year’s Signature Cocktail.  In addition to the goody box, we'll be providing you with to-go meals for your guests (one to-go meal per admission included in your sponsorship level).
